Once a month, we send you an email with a handful of things to help make the month ahead a Certified Pretty Good Time.

What We're Bingeing

This month, we're all about finding win-wins with what we're watching with our husbands. For Julie, it's Untold on Netflix—the perfect mix of sports for Dean and documentary for her. For Irene, it's the Justified reboot on FX. Deputy US Marshal Raylan Givens is irresistible to all.

On the Menu

For Irene, it's stuff you can dump in the Instant Pot and walk away from. (Current favorite: Naptime Kitchen's Creamy Chicken Enchilada Bowls.) For Julie? It's a Hello Fresh season, babyyyyy.

Don't Sleep On

...the collegiate collection from Smocked Auctions. With college football (finally!) returning this weekend, make sure your tiniest belles and beaus have their game day best ready for Saturdays. We're especially loving the Smocked Bishop Dresses.

Currently Saving Our Sanity

Irene has recently become one of those annoying people who preps fruit ahead of time and stores it in mason jars in the fridge. Still unclear if this actually makes fruit last longer, but early returns indicate it's well worth it to have an aesthetically pleasing fridge and an accompanying sense of moral superiority. Pro tip: Use plastic lids for your mason jars to avoid rust buildup on lids and jars.

Something for Mom

If you're lucky enough to have a chance for a cup of coffee after the kids have left for school, make it a special one. We love Copper Cow Coffee for an easy Vietnamese-style pour-over at home, or invest in an Aeroccino for cafe-quality foam.

Plan Ahead

It may still be approximately 98 degrees here in the South, but Fall. Is. Coming. You heard it here first: 2023 Boo Baskets will launch on September 26. Mark your calendars—quantities are extremely limited for this release!
Yours in good enough parenting,
